What is The OpenHub?
The OpenHub is a workspace where creative professionals and business owners can come and work in the City of Melbourne at an affordable price. Members have a dedicated workspace that they can access 24/7 and have use of a private meeting room. Internet access, printer/fax and kitchen facilities are included in the membership fee.
What is Coworking?
Coworking is a movement to create a community of cafe-like collaboration spaces for developers, writers and independents. (from the Coworking Wiki - http://wiki.coworking.info)
Working alone, either from home or even in an office can be isolating. The OpenHub aims to build a studio of creative professionals who are seeking to work alongside other small businesses, allowing them to collaborate and a community atmosphere to evolve.
